Mark Comiskey

Mark Comiskey has been producing, performing, writing and directing theater and multimedia productions in Chicago since 1989. As a former member of The Curious Theater Branch and Plasticene, his work premiered locally at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Dance Chicago, throughout New York City and in festivals across Germany. Mark has worked in all phases of film and video production.  As a post production assistant colorist at Filmworker’s Club he coordinated digital film transfers for commercial production. He also shot and edited educational media asthe resident video editor at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.  For the last ten years, Mark has focused on live event production as the Video Supervisor for the Chicago production of the  Blue Man Group. Most recently, he was the Director of Photography and Editor of “Four Monologues,” a film adaptation made in conjunction with Columbia College’s Center for Book & Paper Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.
